• Logo Requirements: Type "logo" in text/font fields if uploading artwork.
• Artwork services: Unfortunately, we do not offer in-house artwork services. You must upload print-ready art.
• Production: 3-5 business days after proof approval (for orders up to 500).
• Note: Item customized with clear label, not direct printing.

• Clip Art: Basic requests (hearts, stars) can be noted in comments without an upload.
