General Custom Order Information

• Minimum order of 50 pieces.
• Fast Turnarounds: most production ships within a week after customers approve the mock up. See individual products for the mock up minimums.
  
• Price includes customization fee for 1 arm (note your side in order comments)
  
• Sunglasses order submitted without a side choice will be placed on the right side by default. 
  
• Want to customize both arms of your glasses? We can help! 
• The cost is +$0.70 per unit. Use the second upload box for pictures and logos.
• To add Text to the back of your medallion +$0.70: include text in the Instructions box. If you only want text without a logo, we will contact you for the upcharge amount.
• Fields with * are required. If not relevant, type X.
• Virtual artwork proofs are sent for orders of 50+ and must be approved before production begins.
• Custom placement is on the side (arms) of the glasses.
• Print area: 1.25" long x 0.25" tall.
• Turn time: 2-3 business days after proof approval.

Customization Instructions

To customize your glasses with text or logos, follow these steps:

Text Customization:

1. Type your text in the text box.
2. Select one of 14 font options.
3. Choose your ink color.

Logo Customization:

1. Type "logo" in the text and font boxes.
2. Upload your artwork to the "Choose File" box.
3. Include additional instructions in the comments box.

Artwork and File Requirements

• File formats: Hi-resolution .jpg or .png (minimum width: 500 px).
• Final print quality depends on your original artwork.
• We do not offer in-house art services. Completed artwork only.
• Full-color printing is available. Include any additional instructions in the comments box.
• We will contact you if the artwork quality is insufficient.

We can combine text and logos for your customization. Specify any special size or placement instructions in the "additional instructions" box.
