ONLINE:

You can order most of our products on our secure ahopping cart 24-hours a day. All orders on the online store are shipped either by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Please check the chart below for shipping times to your area. The times listed on the chart are business days, that is, Monday through Friday. If you place an online order and want the shipping expedited, CALL US IMMEDIATELY.

The following items could delay your shipment:

1) You do not enter the correct billing statement address of your credit card. The "billing address" is the address on file with your credit card company to which they send your statement each month. Authorize Net does check your order with your credit card company. We can ship to a different address, but you must CALL us if you want to make that arrangement.

2) We are out of stock on an item that you order. Generally, if it is on the site, we have it in stock. If we are sold out of an item, we will try to call you immediately, so please leave us an accurate contact number.

3) You enter your order after our shipping cut-off time. Generally, we cut Ground orders at 4 pm Central Time and FedEx air orders at 4:30 pm Central Time. These times are NOT guaranteed. If we are very busy, we will cut shipping for the day earlier.

Please add your correct email address and phone number so that we can contact you in the event of any problem or delay in your order. Please feel free to call the office at 1-888-748-4755 or 1-662-841-5644 if you have any questions about the delivery time of your shipment.

Please note that we do not buy, sell, or trade customer information nor will you receive any unsolicited e-mail (spam) from us. If we take your email address, we will only use it to contact you as a last resort. We do enter it into the FedEx or UPS shipping software so they can automatically send you shipping updates.

Online ordering is only available for shipping within the US and territories, and we do not accept credit cards that are not issued by a United States bank.

If you need overnight or expedited delivery please call. It is easier to call in this order than it is to upgrade an online order.

WITH PAYPAL

ONLINE:

Enter the items into your basket as you would if you are paying with a credit card. When you check out, one of the options for payment is PAYPAL. Select Paypal, enter you Paypal account information. Paypal takes care of the rest. We will accept your Paypal payment and ship your goods immediately.

PHONE:

1) Call us and place your order with one of our sales representatives.
2) The Extreme Glow Rep. with give you the total cost of your order.
3) Log into your PayPal account and send that amount to paypal09@extremeglow.com
4) When we verify that the money has been received - your order will be shipped immediately.

A NOTE ABOUT PAYPAL eCHECKS:

If you do not have sufficient funds in your Paypal account to cover your order, Paypal sends us an "eCheck". We will hold your order until the eCheck clears. This process generally takes 3-4 business days for US customers and up to a week for International customers.

WITH MONEY ORDERS:

If you don’t have a credit card or Paypal account, call one of our Extreme Glow Sales Representatives at 1-888-748-4755. Place your order and state that you want to pay by money order. You will receive an order number and total from the sales rep. Get a Money Order from the Post Office, your bank, your credit union, etc. Write the order number we gave you on the Money Order and mail to:

PLACING C.O.D ORDERS

Extreme Glow can ship your order C.O.D. Additional C.O.D.charges will apply. Only money orders and Cashier's checks will be accepted on delivery. Call one of our Extreme Glow Sales Representatives at 1-888-748-4755.

SCHOOLS and OTHER GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS

PURCHASE ORDERS:

Extreme Glow does not require payment up front for approved school organizations that follow these steps.

1) Get an official quotation from your Extreme Glow sales representative. The quotation should include pricing for the product and the shipping price. (Shipment must be to the school or organization that issues the Purchase Order.)

2) Fax your Purchase Order to Extreme Glow at: 815-361-0633. Terms are that the payment must be made when your organization receives the invoice from Extreme Glow.

3) Extreme Glow will mail the organization an invoice for the amount on the purchase order.

4) Get the organization to cut Extreme Glow a check for the amount on the Invoice when it arrives.

Extreme Glow will process and ship your order when we receive the fax of your Purchase Order. Extreme Glow will not accept Purchase Orders that specify other terms that will delay payment to Extreme Glow.
